À Go 2 Turquie, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to make our refund and cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible.

1. Cancellations by Customers

  • Daily Tours & Excursions: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour.

  • Airport Transfers & Car Rentals: Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the service.

  • Holiday Packages (Hotel + Flight + Transfer): Free cancellation up to 7 days before the start date. After this period, cancellation fees may apply according to our partner airlines and hotels.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or online payment gateway).

  • Any transaction or bank fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up for the booked service without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable.

4. Cancellations by Go 2 Turkiye

In rare cases where we must cancel a tour or service due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants:

  • Customers will be offered an alternative date or tour.

  • If the alternative is not suitable, a full refund will be provided.

5. Special Notes

  • Some services (such as flight tickets or hotel bookings) may have stricter refund rules imposed by third-party providers. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
